Martyrdom of Saint John the Baptist 8/29/2024St.  St. John the Baptist was an ascetic Jewish prophet known in Christianity as the forerunner of Jesus. John preached about God's Final Judgment and baptized repentant followers in preparation for it. Jesus was among the recipients of his rite of baptism.
John was sentenced to death and subsequently beheaded by Herod Antipas sometime between 28 and 36 AD, after he rebuked him for divorcing his wife, Phasaelis, and unlawfully taking Herodias, the wife of his brother, Herod Philip I
In fact, they were cousins. But they were so much more than just cousins. According to the New Testament, John the Baptist, who was born before Jesus, also had a miracle birth.

Juan Merchan was hand picked to preside over a prospect trial against President Trump despite the fact of being highly compromised to rule in such a case because of his support of President Joe Biden and his daughter Loren Merchan a senior executive at a super liberal Democrat firm who makes money by working to go after Trump, hense the Benko Kangaroo Court and his 4 Persons true identity, posing to be Catholic but intends to undermine Dmocracy.
The Judge and his dauaghter clearly are Trump haters, much like the 4 Persons claim that the Anti-Trumpers were right? Sadly, Kangaroo Benko has hurt the integrity of the 4 Persons podcast which is now filled wirh Anti-Trump rhetoric and misrepresentation.

"Call No Man Father"   In modern times family life has adapted to the cultural changes due to a more secular society. Much of our American culture have been affected by these changing norms, the rise of the fatherless homes have increased substantially.
What is important to understand about these changing times is that the role of fathers are the same though distant to many causing many problems. The major area of concern is without fathers in the lives of so many, somehow God the Father has been moved into seclusion. The father is the spiritual head of the family that hopefully gives a positive image of God the Father.
There are small groups of fundamentalists that that have taken the image of God the Father and have applied scripture erroneously indicating their opposition of calling a Catholic priest "Father". I've been challenged on this question many times which gives me the opportunity to share the truth in the matter.

Stand In The Gap With Us And Saint Augustine of Hippo 8/28/2024.  His writings influenced the development of Western philosophy and Western Christianity, and he is viewed as one of the most important Church Fathers of the Latin Church in the Patristic Period. His many important works include The City of God, On Christian Doctrine, and Confessions.
Augustine shines out as one whose theology focuses on the central mystery of the Christian faith, God's gracious drawing of humanity into the divine life through the work of the incarnate Word and the life-giving Spirit.
Augustine has also taught us that the human race is united in sin and rebellion against God and cannot save itself. Those who have met with Christ have learned that they must trust him completely and not rely on their own efforts, qualities, or inheritance for their salvation.

We appreciate authentic Catholic people of courage stepping forward to expose the Catholics in name only.
Fr. Giacomo Capoverdi, recounts how he once met this holy man who living in Loreto. He says that some seventeen years earlier, a friend of his -- an Italian American doctor named Claudio Curran -- told him that he just had to get up to Loreto on his upcoming trip to Rome to speak with a holy man there by the name of Tom Zimmer. He said this "hermit", an American layperson, had left everything behind in the US to live in Loreto as a kind of penitent, or hermit. He added that he was very prayerful and had written a book, “Pieta'” which had sold upwards of “ten million copies.”
Fr. Capoverdi recounts in his video that after arriving in Rome, he indeed took a train up to Loreto and went inside the basilica where he found an elderly gentleman, hunched over, sitting on the floor next to the Holy House in prayer. He sat down next to him, introduced himself in English and had a very spiritual conversation. So then Fr. Capoverdi fast forwards until a few weeks ago when he was talking to his old friend, the doctor, who said that back in the 1980s,

 Responds to John Benko's failed attempt to attack President Trump's Christianity. In His support of Kamala Harris.  John Benko of the 4 Persons had planned a podcast for 2:00 today that attacked President Trump and his commitment of being a Christian. Today, I found that Benko had taken down this horrible podcast.
This is my response to Benko's ghost podcast. Maybe he had some opposition among his ranks on that one. Good job guys, in this case Benko listened and did the right thing.

Love is a word that many people use for many different things. You might hear something like, "I love my new car", or "I love my new house".
People can even 'love' to hate. You ask the question, "what do you mean by that"?
Well, how can you love someone when you purposely misrepresent them?
How can you love someone when you do not respect them?
On Youtube, there are some of the most vile hate filled attacks of the Catholic Faith taking statues of Saints and destroying them. Like they are conquering the enemy? From where does this begin, where do we begin to explain it.
It's rather absurd that anyone would think we worship objects such as a statue but that is what they tell people. For such a person who thinks that, there is not much to say to them because they have blind rage and are dishonest, they are not going to quit when they hear the truth.
